クルマのドアについた氷です。
This is the ice frozen on the door of my car.

クルマのフロントは左なので、進行方向に向かって伸びています。
The ice grows to front of the car. Left side of picture.

道路の雪が溶けていて、クルマに飛び散ってきてそこで凍りつくので、寒い真冬にはできません。春が近い証拠です(笑)。
Melted snow on the road splashing to the car and frozen.
This phenomenon will not occur during very cold winter.
It is one of the evidence of spring. :-)
